The LD-FBJX is an increased safety (Ex e) explosion-proof junction box engineered by LD Electric, specifically designed for hazardous explosive environments. It serves as a reliable solution for the connection and distribution of lighting, power, and control circuits.

1. Applications

1. Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous gas atmospheres, Group IIA to IIC, or Zone 20, Zone 21 and Zone 22 combustible dust atmospheres.

2. Temperature class: T1–T6.

3. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (IP66).

4. Intended for use in hazardous locations such as chemical plants, refineries, oil and gas production facilities, offshore oil platforms, oil tankers, and defense industry installations, for the connection and branching of lighting, power distribution, and control circuits.

2. Features

1. Material: Carbon steel or stainless steel, precision-formed by argon-shielded welding.

2. Surface treatment: Coating (powder coating) or chemical treatment.

3. Cable entry/exit: Equipped with certified explosion-proof cable glands.

4. The direction and specifications of cable entries and exits can be designed in accordance with customer requirements.
