This subsea power distribution cabinet is designed for deep-water applications, capable of operating at depths of 0–4500 m. It features a high degree of protection (IP68) and is rated for voltages up to 35 kV and currents up to 600 A. The enclosure is constructed from carbon steel, stainless steel 304, or stainless steel 316, with precision argon-shielded welding for maximum structural integrity. Surface treatments include high-voltage electrostatic powder coating for carbon steel and chemical passivation or mechanical brushing for stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance in harsh underwater environments. The cabinet is equipped with a temperature and humidity control device to maintain optimal internal conditions.

1. This cabinet is ideal for subsea electrical distribution and control systems used in offshore engineering, underwater exploration, oceanographic research, and deep-sea industrial operations.

2. It supports both indoor and controlled environment installations at altitudes up to 2000 m above sea level, providing reliable performance for complex subsea power management, instrumentation, and monitoring equipment.
