B-10 LD-FBJX Series Explosionproof Junction box ( dⅡB/dⅡC ) High-voltage

The LD-FBJX Series is a high-voltage flameproof junction box manufactured by LD Electric, designed for Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres (Groups IIA to IIC, temperature class T1–T6). Built from carbon steel or stainless steel (304/316) with wall thickness ≥8 mm and IP66 protection, it is certified to GB/T 3836.1, GB/T 3836.2, GB/T 3836.15, and GB/T 3836.16 standards. The enclosure includes a body, cover, mounting plate, heater, T-type cable connectors, and coupling sleeves, with internal and external grounding screws. Cable entries use certified explosion-proof glands with M or NPT threads on welded bosses; flameproof joints are not intended for repair. Rated up to 35 kV / 630 A, it is classified into Type I and Type II per function and dimensions.

1. Applications

1. Intended for connection and branching of electrical equipment in factories, warehouses, filling stations, offshore oil platforms, and refineries.
2. Widely deployed in oil & gas, petrochemical, and other hazardous industrial systems where high-voltage flameproof junction solutions are required for Zone 1/Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres (Groups IIA–IIC).
3. Suitable for installations free from significant vibration, mechanical shock, and gases or vapors that may damage insulation.

1. Heavy-duty carbon steel or stainless steel construction (≥8 mm wall thickness, anti-corrosion coated) delivers high mechanical strength and IP66-rated waterproof and dustproof performance.
2. Supports wall-mounted, floor-mounted, and surface-mounted installation with customizable cable entry directions, circuit configurations, materials, and dimensions.
3. Rated up to 35 kV / 630 A with temperature class T1–T6 for demanding high-voltage applications; both internal and external grounding screws are provided, and all threaded joints use certified explosion-proof cable glands for safe, maintenance-free operation.
