The DT-□-□-Ⅵ Series is an explosion-proof electrical accessory cable gland manufactured by LD Electric, featuring a reinforced heavy-duty multi-sealing structure designed for cable clamping, strain relief, vibration resistance, and sealing protection at cable entry points. It is certified to IEC 60079 / EN 60079 / GB/T 3836 standards with explosion-proof markings Ex db ⅡC Gb, Ex eb ⅡC Gb, and Ex tb ⅢC Db.
The body is available in nickel-plated brass, carbon steel, SS304, or SS316L stainless steel (customizable), with high-performance aging-resistant rubber or silicone (optional) as the seal material and PA6 anti-rotation washers. Thread types include Metric (M), NPT, G (PF), and PG, with ingress protection rated IP66 / IP67 / IP68 depending on specification and configuration. 

1. Applications

1. Compatible with explosion-proof control panels, power cabinets, junction boxes, distribution cabinets, lighting equipment, and hazardous-area automation and control systems manufactured by LD Electric, serving as a cable entry accessory that provides reliable mechanical protection and environmental sealing in explosion-proof enclosures.
2. Widely deployed in oil & gas, petrochemical, offshore, power generation, rail transit, metallurgy, and other hazardous industrial systems where heavy-duty cable clamping, strain relief, vibration resistance, and IP66–IP68 sealing are required — particularly suited for environments demanding corrosion and salt-spray resistance such as offshore platforms and chemical processing sites.
3. Designed for installation in locations free from significant vibration, mechanical shock, and gases or vapors that may damage insulation, ensuring dependable performance in severe industrial conditions; the reinforced sealing structure makes it ideal for applications where cable retention and environmental protection are critical, even though the inner sheath does not provide explosion-proof sealing.

Reinforced heavy-duty multi-sealing structure with optional silicone seal material delivers IP66–IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof performance; while the inner cable sheath is not explosion-proof sealed, the gland body carries Ex db ⅡC Gb / Ex eb ⅡC Gb / Ex tb ⅢC Db certification, providing robust mechanical and environmental protection for cable entry in hazardous locations.
2. Corrosion and salt-spray resistant body materials (nickel-plated brass, SS304, SS316L) with PA6 anti-rotation washers deliver high mechanical strength, reliable cable retention, and vibration resistance in demanding industrial conditions; multiple thread options (M, NPT, G, PG) support flexible wiring configurations across diverse installations.
3.
