B-08-LD-B Series Explosion-proof Reducer

The LD-B Series is an explosion-proof reducer manufactured by LD Electric, designed for thread and interface size conversion between explosion-proof equipment threaded openings and cable entry devices (glands, plugs, etc.). It is certified to IEC 60079 / GB/T 3836 standards with explosion-proof markings Ex db ⅡC Gb, Ex eb ⅡC Gb, Ex tb ⅢC Db (M/NPT threads) and Ex eb ⅡC Gb, Ex tb ⅢC Db (G threads). The body is available in nickel-plated brass, SS304, or SS316L (customizable), with M, NPT, G, and PG thread options, IP66–IP68 ingress protection, and an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +80 °C. When G-thread is used in explosive dust environments, it must be used with blind hole conduits (diameter tolerance ≤ 0.7 mm), and the enclosure interior must have sufficient space for the locking nut.

1. Applications
