Electrical components used in this series of junction boxes are preferably sourced from leading domestic and international manufacturers. Components may also be selected according to customer requirements. The direction of cable entries/exits and the type of explosion-proof cable glands can be customized as required.
When the enclosure material is Q235 carbon steel and the product is used in combustible dust atmospheres, there is a potential electrostatic hazard. Therefore, it shall not be installed in areas where dust may be affected by charge-generating processes, mechanical friction, separation processes, electron emission, or pneumatic conveying.
During wiring, all terminals shall be securely connected. Loose connections, false contacts, or short circuits are strictly prohibited.
The cable entry devices shall be fitted with explosion-proof cable glands that have obtained a valid CCC explosion-proof certificate. The structure and marking of the cable entry devices shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 16 of GB/T 3836.1.
When closing the cover, ensure that the sealing gasket is properly compressed to maintain compliance with IP66.
Ensure that the product is securely installed.
The junction box is provided with internal and external grounding bolts and clearly marked grounding symbols. Proper internal and external grounding shall be ensured during installation.
