The LD-FBJX (Ex d IIC / DIP) is a premium flameproof explosion-proof junction box manufactured by LD Electric. It is specifically designed for hazardous areas involving IIC gas groups and combustible dust, suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments. The unit is used for the connection and distribution of power, lighting, and control circuits. Its core design adopts a flameproof protection type (Ex d) with IIC classification, providing a higher level of explosion protection for more demanding hazardous atmospheres.

Product Features

The explosion-proof junction box is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 3836.1 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements” and GB/T 3836.2 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosure ‘d’”. It also references GB/T 3836.31 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 31: Equipment Dust Ignition Protection by Enclosure ‘t’” for design and manufacturing.

Material: Carbon steel or stainless steel, formed by precision welding under argon gas shielding.

Surface Treatment: Coating (painting) or chemical surface treatment.

Cable Entry/Exit Method: Equipped with explosion-proof cable glands.

Cable Entry/Exit Configuration: The direction and specifications of cable entries/exits can be customized according to user requirements.
