The LD-FBJX (Ex ia IIC) is an intrinsically safe explosion-proof junction box manufactured by LD Electric. It is specifically designed for intrinsically safe systems and is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas with IIC explosive gas atmospheres. It is used for the connection and distribution of signal, control, and instrumentation circuits. The core design adopts an intrinsically safe protection type (Ex ia), ensuring maximum safety by limiting energy to prevent ignition under all conditions.

Ambient Conditions and Hazardous Area Classification: With an ambient temperature of ≥ -5°C, the LD-FBJX series explosion-proof junction box is suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres of Group IIA and IIB, with temperature classes T1 to T6, or Zone 21 and Zone 22 combustible dust environments.

Standards Compliance: The junction box is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 3836.1 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements” and GB/T 3836.2 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protection by Flameproof Enclosure ‘d’”. It also references GB/T 3836.31 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 31: Equipment Dust Ignition Protection by Enclosure ‘t’”.

Applications: Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, terminals, ports, mining, aerospace, aviation, military, and grain processing.
