Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A:We are Tianjin Longdian Electric Engineering Co., Ltd., a certified manufacturer with our own production base, R&D team, quality inspection center, and complete production lines. All explosion-proof products are independently developed and manufactured in-house. We can provide full documentation, including company qualifications, production facility verification, and explosion-proof certificates.

Do your products have official explosion-proof certifications?
A:Yes. All explosion-proof junction boxes, distribution boxes, and related products are certified by nationally authorized institutions, with valid explosion-proof certificates and test reports. They comply with standards such as GB 3836 and IEC 60079, and are suitable for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas. The products fully meet requirements for project acceptance, safety inspections, and tender submissions.

Can you customize products based on drawings or specifications?
A:Yes, we support non-standard customization. Parameters such as dimensions, number of circuits, cable entries/exits, materials (aluminum alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel), protection rating, and explosion-proof type can all be tailored to your requirements. Simply provide drawings or technical specifications, and we will quickly offer a solution and quotation.

What is the delivery lead time after placing an order?
A:Standard stock products: shipped within 3–7 days
Customized (non-standard) products: 7–15 days, depending on complexity
Urgent orders: priority production can be arranged, and the delivery time will be clearly specified in the contract

What is included in the quotation?
A:The quotation includes the product itself, standard accessories, factory inspection, and packaging. It can also include freight and a 13% VAT invoice upon request. All quotations are transparent, with no hidden charges.

How do you ensure product quality?
A:We implement full-process quality control, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product performance testing, and final inspection before delivery. Every unit is shipped only after passing all inspections. During the warranty period, any non-human-induced quality issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

A:Yes. We can provide a full set of documentation free of charge, including business license, explosion-proof certificates, test reports, ISO certificates, product manuals, test data, and selection parameters. Our technical team also offers full support for product selection, installation, and commissioning.

A:Yes, we fully support corporate contracts, formal agreements, and tendering processes. We can provide manufacturer authorizations, qualification documents, samples, test certificates, and other required materials to meet the requirements of state-owned enterprises, central enterprises, petrochemical, and chemical industry projects.
