Efficient Delivery! LONGDIAN Electric – Second Batch of Explosion-Proof Junction Boxes for Fujian Gulei Project Enters Assembly Stage

Tianjin Longdian Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. reports another milestone achievement. Following the successful shipment of the first batch of 573 instrument junction boxes and cable glands to the TCC Fujian Gulei Project site, the second batch of 379 explosion-proof junction boxes has completed enclosure machining and officially entered the assembly stage.
The products provided by Longdian strictly comply with IEC 60079, IEC 60529, and GB 3836 series standards. The explosion-proof type is increased safety (Ex eb IIC T6 Gb), with an IP66 protection rating. The enclosures are manufactured from corrosion-resistant SS316 stainless steel, ensuring suitability for demanding operational conditions. Since project initiation, the sheet metal workshop, machining workshop, and assembly workshop have worked in close coordination. From raw material processing to precision manufacturing, all stages are strictly controlled to ensure quality consistency and efficient delivery, earning recognition from the project client.
At present, the assembly of the second batch is progressing steadily as planned. All workshops are closely tracking milestones and refining processes to ensure on-time completion and accurate delivery, providing robust explosion-proof electrical solutions for the Fujian Gulei Ethylene Project.
