Tianjin Longdian Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. has successfully completed factory inspection and delivered a batch of explosion-proof electrical control boxes manufactured for Shengli Oilfield under Contract No. 25-09-24/LD-C-447.
The enclosures are made of 316L stainless steel, formed by laser welding with a brushed surface finish. The rated specifications are DC 30V and 3A, with an IP66 protection rating. The products feature explosion protection (flameproof + intrinsic safety combination), corrosion resistance, dust protection, and water resistance, making them suitable for harsh oilfield operating environments. The manufacturing process strictly complies with national and enterprise standards, and each unit has undergone full-process inspection and testing to ensure full compliance with user requirements.
