As of August 11, 2026, the goods under Contract No. 26-LD-C-250, a batch of explosion-proof electrical enclosures manufactured for Middle Eastern clients, have finished production and passed the company’s internal quality inspection. The factory FAT was successfully completed together with customer representatives.
1.Precision machining throughout the entire cabinet manufacturing process The enclosures are made of thickened anti-corrosion SS316L stainless steel plates. They undergo precise laser cutting, CNC bending and integrated welding forming. Milling of surfaces and grooves is finished by CNC machining centers. Strict control is implemented on the roughness and clearance of flameproof joints, as well as welding quality and mechanical strength.
2.Meticulous surface finishing Flawless polishing of welding seams, chamfering of openings and overall surface treatment.
3.Prefabricated, streamlined and standardized assembly & wiring in the complete set workshop
