On the afternoon of August 1, Tianjin Longdian Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. held a special kick-off meeting for the "Quality Improvement Month" initiative. The company's leadership team, along with heads of the Production Department, Quality Assurance Department, and Technical Department, attended the meeting.
Key initiatives outlined at the meeting:
Establish a "Three-Tier Quality Joint Inspection" system – self-inspection, quality inspection, and re-inspection by the leader of the transferring department
Implement a real-time recording system for work status at each production stage
Enhance and standardize process documentation and ensure full implementation
Set stringent regulations for outsourced product inspection, internal workshop transfer, and handover procedures
Launch a company-wide quality awareness improvement program
The Chairman specifically emphasized: "Quality improvement and progress is a continuous journey with no finish line. Leaders of all departments must fulfill their responsibilities, take initiative, and remain proactive. Taking this campaign as a starting point, we must elevate our production process control capabilities and manufacture quality products that our customers can trust."
