Company Quality Management Month Achieves Significant Results
Starting in March, the company centered its efforts on the core objective of "Quality Improvement & Efficiency Enhancement, Pursuing Excellence", carrying out a dedicated Quality Management Month campaign. The initiative focused on three key areas — the entire production process, refined craftsmanship, and rigorous quality inspection — employing multiple measures to elevate product quality and achieving notable phased results.

During the campaign, the company targeted precise improvements across multiple fronts, building a comprehensive quality defense line. Tiered, role-specific quality training sessions were conducted, covering procurement, production, inspection, and technical staff, strengthening company-wide quality awareness and standardizing operational procedures. A dedicated quality audit was launched to systematically identify weak points and risk areas across the production chain. A problem ledger was established with closed-loop management — "Identify → Rectify → Verify → Close" — ensuring all quality hazards were promptly eliminated. Strict end-to-end quality controls were enforced at every stage: raw material incoming inspection, production process management, and finished product outgoing testing — with rigorous checks at each gate to guarantee stable product quality.

The results of this Quality Management Month are clearly visible. This month, the company's first-pass inspection yield rate has improved significantly compared to previous periods, the product defect rate has decreased year-on-year, and the number of customer-reported quality issues has dropped substantially. Company-wide quality control awareness and capability have been further strengthened, laying a solid foundation for high-quality enterprise development.

Looking ahead, the company will take this Quality Management Month as a springboard to continue upholding its commitment to quality. Quality control will be driven toward normalization, standardization, and refinement — with higher benchmarks and stricter requirements. The company will continue to optimize its full-process management system, delivering premium electrical products and supporting sustainable, high-quality growth.
