LD-ZYG-X is a pressurized ventilation explosion-proof cabinet independently manufactured by Tianjin Long Dian Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. It relies on the explosion-proof principle of isolating ignition sources with medium. The cabinet shell is filled with clean positive-pressure medium to block flammable and explosive mixed gas from contacting electric sparks and high-temperature sources generated by internal electrical components. It supports integrated assembly of various strong and weak electrical parts. The cabinet can be customized with carbon steel or stainless steel materials, as well as box, desk and cabinet structures. It can be equipped with touch screens, frequency converters, instruments and other conventional electrical accessories, suitable for high-risk explosion-proof working conditions in multiple industries.

1. Applications

Applicable to Zone 1 & Zone 2 explosive gas atmospheres of Class IIA and IIB, with temperature classes T1~T4.
Protection grade reaches IP66, available for indoor and outdoor installation all weather.
Suitable for flammable and explosive scenarios including chemical industry, offshore drilling platforms, metallurgy, medicine, light industry & textile, food, bioengineering, aerospace and military industry.
Compatible with 3-phase 4-wire 380V/220V AC power distribution systems and all weak current control systems.

2. Features

The core explosion-proof structure adopts positive pressure ventilation isolation. The cabinet shell is filled with clean positive pressure medium to prevent external flammable and explosive substances from touching electric sparks and high-temperature surfaces produced during the operation of internal electrical components, realizing reliable explosion protection.
Strong compatibility for internal assembly. It can be fitted with testing meters, analyzers, display screens, microcomputer touch screens, high-power frequency converters and other general electrical components as required, with no restrictions on the specifications of internal installed components.
It adopts a main and auxiliary cavity split structure. The main positive pressure cavity holds operating components, equipped with air pressure sensing, ventilation and pressure regulating systems; the auxiliary cavity is fitted with complete supporting devices including air exchange automatic control, explosion-proof air source supply, pressure display and overpressure alarm.
Customizable shapes: box type, desk type and cabinet type, with left-right and up-down layouts optional. The cabinet body is welded of cold-rolled steel plate with plastic spraying, and stainless steel material is available for customization. The sealing surface is finely sealed, with front door for operation and back door for maintenance.
The complete set is fully manufactured by Long Dian factory, integrated with positive pressure automatic control, air supply, pressure monitoring and alarm systems. All explosion-proof performance tests are finished before delivery for direct on-site installation and operation.
