LD-ZYG-PZ is a pressurized ventilation explosion-proof cabinet independently developed and manufactured by Tianjin Long Dian Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. It adopts the medium isolation ignition source explosion-proof principle. The internal electrical components are sealed in a shell filled with clean positive-pressure medium, which prevents flammable and explosive mixed gas in the external environment from contacting electric sparks or dangerous high temperature generated during component operation. Multiple customized options are available for cabinet structure and material, and it can be equipped with various conventional electrical components to match diverse explosion-proof working scenarios.

1. Applications

  • Suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas with Class IIA, IIB explosive gas atmospheres, covering temperature classes T1~T6.
  • Protection grade IP66, supporting both indoor and outdoor installation.
  • Applicable to explosion-prone industries including chemical engineering, offshore drilling platforms, metallurgy, pharmacy, light textile, food processing, bioengineering, aerospace and military projects.
  • Compatible with 3-phase 4-wire 380V/220V AC power distribution systems and all weak current control systems.

2. Features

  • Core explosion-proof mechanism relies on positive pressure ventilation isolation. Clean positive-pressure medium fills the cabinet to isolate external combustible mixtures from ignition sources such as electric sparks and hot surfaces inside electrical parts, achieving reliable explosion suppression.
  • Strong internal assembly adaptability. It can accommodate inspection meters, analyzers, display screens, microcomputer touch screens, high-power frequency converters and other general electrical components as required, with almost no limitation on the type of internal fitted parts.
  • Main-auxiliary dual cavity structure design. The main positive-pressure cavity holds operational electrical parts, fitted with air pressure sensing, ventilation and pressure regulation systems; the auxiliary cavity integrates automatic air exchange control, explosion-proof air supply, pressure display, overpressure alarm and self-supply air source interfaces, with built-in explosion-proof air supply devices.
  • Customizable cabinet shapes: box type, desk type and cabinet type, with optional up-down and left-right layouts. The cabinet body is normally welded with GB710-88 cold-rolled steel plate and sprayed with plastic; GB3280-84 stainless steel is available on request. All joint surfaces are specially sealed, with front door for operation and rear door for maintenance.
  • Full-set integrated manufacturing by the factory, with complete positive pressure automatic control and monitoring systems pre-installed, passing full explosion-proof performance inspection before delivery for direct on-site commissioning.
