Quality Control Process
The company has established a full-process closed-loop quality control system, implementing comprehensive inspection and monitoring from raw material intake to finished product delivery.

01
Incoming Material Inspection
All materials, including aluminum alloy, stainless steel, fasteners, sealing components, and electrical parts, must be verified against certificates of conformity and inspection reports upon arrival. Visual inspection, dimensional checks, material verification, and performance sampling are conducted. Non-conforming materials are strictly prohibited from entering production.

02
In-Process Quality Control
Quality control points are established at key stages such as die casting, machining, flameproof surface finishing, welding, assembly, sealing, and coating. Mutual inspection between processes and dedicated inspections are implemented, with full documentation to ensure traceability of each production step.

03
Final Inspection Before Delivery
All finished products undergo standardized inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional verification, flameproof structure inspection, ingress protection (IP) testing, insulation testing, and grounding tests. Only qualified products are approved for packaging, warehousing, and shipment.
